Game viewing at Chobe is a unique experience as we are on the doorstep of the Chobe National Park, which hosts the largest concentration of wildlife in southern Africa.  The National Park is the best place in the world to see the majestic African elephant for it is home to the world’s largest elephant population. Game drives into the Chobe National Park depart three times daily. Alternatively, choose a full day’s game drive, including picnic lunch.  Boat cruises, led by our expert guides are available throughout the day to suit your individual needs. CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
Chobe National Park gets its name from the incredible Chobe River, which forms its northern boundary, and shields about 10,700km2 of the northern Kalahari. Vegetation varies from the lush floodplains along the Chobe River, home to the Chobe Bushbuck which is found nowhere else in the world, to the scorched Savuti which is famous for its waterhole where many a filmmaker has captured stunning footage of animal interaction, to dense mopane woodlands and various broadleaf woodlands. This is big game country and famous for the huge herds of buffalo and elephant and some exceptionally large prides of lion as well as home the elusive and solitary leopard.

AFRICA MEMORIES TIP:
Victoria Falls is only a stones throw away and the opportunity of visiting this mighty wonder should not be missed. Take your raincoat if you don’t want to get wet, otherwise pull on your costume under your clothing and enjoy being soaked by the refreshing sprays of the thundering waters.  Remember to protect your cameras with a plastic bag. An unforgettable experience and awe inspiring experience not to be missed.
